Support & Resources

MIDSuite provides developer support and operational assistance to help ensure successful integrations and reliable production usage. The resources below describe how to obtain help, report issues, and access additional documentation.

Getting Support

For all support inquiries related to the MIDSuite Client API, contact the MIDSuite support team:

Email: support@midsuite.com

Support requests should be sent directly to this address. The support team can assist with:

  • Integration questions

  • API usage guidance

  • Unexpected API responses or errors

  • Account or configuration issues

  • Production incidents affecting transaction processing

Regular support requests typically receive a response within one business day.

Emergency Support

For urgent issues affecting live production transactions, mark your support request as Emergency in the email subject line.

Emergency requests receive priority handling and 24/7 response from the MIDSuite support team.

Examples of emergency scenarios include:

  • Inability to process transactions

  • API responses failing unexpectedly in production

  • Service disruptions affecting payment processing

  • Critical identity verification or fraud detection failures

Reporting Issues

When reporting a technical issue, including detailed diagnostic information helps the support team investigate and resolve the problem more quickly.

If available, include the following information in your support request:

  • clientReferenceId associated with the request

  • Approximate request timestamp

  • API endpoint being called

  • Sanitized request and response payloads

  • Description of the expected vs actual behavior

Do not include full card numbers, CVV values, or other sensitive data in support communications.

Providing sufficient context helps correlate logs and diagnose issues efficiently.
